We've missed you Miss H and when you come back you come with incredible news, how great!
Its funny that sometimes just the tiniest little thing will make such a difference in how we feel. And a whole bunch of tiny little things add up to one giant step toward healing yay.
I've never used plastic cups but I do drink out of a giant styrofoam Sonic cups 24/7. I can never be without my water LOL. A friend of my sons owns a Sonic Restaurant so I have a never ending supply of the cups and they keep my ice so much longer than a glass glass. My ice water stays good and icy for hours. Now you've got me thinking! I'll have to do a search and see if styrofoam is bad too.
I'm happy for you and your honey. The way you're doing it doesn't induce all the stress thats related to a big huge wedding. Thats the way I did it my second time around and this one was the last LOL. Congratulations!
Willow
Well darn, I had a feeling you were going to say that and I haven't even had time to research it yet. Thanks for the heads up, now I've got to find something else to keep my ice water icy all day long.
Thanks for bringing this subject up, I never would have thought about it, ever. I knew plastic wasn't good but didn't even consider styrofoam being bad.
Thanks Miss H, that first link you posted is the first one I came up with too. To think I've been drinking out of these Sonic cups for well over 10 years and I drink all day long from the time I get up until the time I go to bed and thats in the wee hours of the morning. I'm never without my ice water.
I'll have to find something else immediately! My God, I had no idea. Thanks for the other links cause I've definitely got to find a new very large toxin free container that will keep my ice from melting.
I'm in Tennessee but my best friend lives in Austin, TX one of the coolest cities I've ever found. Well, cool as in great LOL, its been over 100 there for awhile now, the lakes are even drying up yikes! Last time I was there a few months ago it was in the high 90's, when you walked outside it took your breath away.
Thanks again, I'll post when I come up with something.
Thats a possibility. I'll look around and come up with something. Maybe those cozies they use for beer cans would work.
You should try ice water, its really GREAT.
Thanks
