Take them together. The amounts are small enough that they are not going to really interfere with each other.
Calcium and magnesium are generally taken together. The only time they are taken apart from each other is in cases where high calcium is causing problems such as high blood pressure, spasms, restless leg syndrome, spastic bladder, etc. Even with these it is generally just extra magnesium taken separately. Unless the person has high serum calcium from a conditions such as hyperparathyroidism they can take the calcium and magnesium together, preferably before bed to help with sleep and take extra magnesium by itself the rest of the day.
Have you tried the bioflavonoid quercetin for the histadelia? Quercetin is a strong, safe antihistamine. I recommend 500mg of straight quercetin, not the QBC, 3 times daily before meals.
Hi Hv,
Yeah tried Quercitin, but no luck. Anyway I dont think Histadelia is my dominant problem now as latest bloodwork inidicates the methionine worked and got histamine back down.
I do have Leaky Gut but I dont know what is causing it, as all lab tests for Candida come back negative. Anyway on a side issue there is 100% something in sulfur supps like methionine, MSM etc that does not agree with me as when I take them I wake up and spit out brown spit. When I go off sulfur supps like methionine, Msm, Garlic etc I dont get this thirst and need to cough up brown stuff
A lack of intestinal flora can cause leaky gut. Have you tried probiotics with prebiotics, such as FOS?
Not sure of what to make of the sulfur problem.
Yes, it does take a little time. And also keep in mind that there are a lot of different beneficial strains. That is why I like kefir over acidophilus. Acidophilus is just one of hundreds of different species of beneficial bacteria.
Everyone is different so it is hard to say. But if done properly it should not take more than a few weeks at the latest.
I have never seen anything on vitamin C reducing zinc so I did a search. I could not find any evidence that it does.
