All the supplements that can be taken with food are okay together after all they are food derivates and would normally come with a meal. I am not familiar with pantasa. Some chemical medication have some specific requirements (do a google search to find out).
Nystatin is okay with food. Any antifungal will work even better if you swallow them 1/2 an hour before meals. THus they will free the bowels of the critter before the food they feed on arrives... but hey one outta not go crazy with this.
Probiotics you DO NOT swallow with food because you DO NOT want them to get digested. Taking them with cold water will help them to pass through the stomach intact. (COld goes to the intestines while hot remains in the stomach). Avoid taking them when you feel hungry the stomach acid will digest them and kill them, you want these friendly bacteria alive. Another trick to help it pass through is to take them along with a spoonful of oil (extra olive oil will be profitable to your health or any other omega 3).
L Glutamine (quite frankly I did not know it was not okay with food but) avoid taking it along with probiotics. Or take the prob. first and then after a huge glass of water take the L-glutamine.
