I think you are having an easy time fasting because you have prepared your body with juice fasting. That was a great prep for a Water Fast
and should make it much easier for you. I can go 3 or 4 days with no ill effects because my body is used to the short water fasts. After that I start to get weak and dizzy and tend to break the fasts. My goal is to get to the point where I can take 7 day fasts with no ill effects. I used to do that years ago but lost the ability due to not fasting for years. If I could take a 7 day fast once every 2 months I would be a happy camper. For now I will have to be content with my 3-4 day fasts and keep on pushing myself until I get there. Keep us posted.
