Today is the day I decided not to be tempted by the dunking donuts on the way to work, or the smell of cheese pizza that my co-workers are eating in the lunchroom. I will start a fast today. Hi guys I am Sophia Lauren, my goal is to fast mainly for weight loss. I do however want to be able to learn from this experience and incorporate a better eating lifestyle. I want to be able to learn how to have control over my appetite, and learn the difference between hunger and boredom. The say you should start with a small goal, I however believe if you don't shoot for the stars you will never make it to the moon. So I will start with 7 days and continue from there! I would love a buddy or buddies for support. When I feel weak I found that it is best to sip on juice. So I will allow juice but no more than 400 calories of juice in a day (when I feel I need it.) I will be fasting until I achieve my weight loss goals (which is extreme!)

18 lbs a month to reach my goal! Achievable? I believe so hence the fasting. EXERCISE WILL BE INCORPARATED INTO THE ROUTINE, THE SECOMD WEEK AFTER FASTING FOR 7 COMPLETE DAYS!
