Where to begin? I've had a small, rough spot on my forehead for over a year. About two weeks ago, I started dabbing it with Iodine (Lugols) ... not consistently, more like 3 - 4 times a week. It is now GONE!
Another: My ex-husband got a high reading on his PSA about 2 months ago. Okay, he's an ex, but still the father of my children and I certainly want him to stick around for them. I got him on Lugol's, selenium, vitamin C and an herbal formula for prostate. He went back to get tested about a week ago and yesterday they called him to say that his PSA is now GREAT!! This is so incredible! I could not be more happy!

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,355,468i tell guys all the time, you take enough Iodine every day and you will never have to have a psa or a colonoscopy. you can if you want, but it will be a waste of time and money.

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,355,674It is so much better! The pain is pretty much gone. For a while, it seemed to get a bit worse; then just about all of the soreness and lumpiness disappeared.

This is a reply to # 1,355,860I was talking to a friend yesterday who also has had prostate problems. I told him about the ex-hubby's success story and he placed an order for Iodine that day, went to the health food store for Vit. C and Selenium. I'm looking forward to see how his experiment goes.

At first I purchased some questionable Iodine off ebay - now I bought some from the only place in the uk that sells it (that I could find).
So got that my selenium and my vit c ... gtg
Last week I started my kefir growing also; starting to go really good now. (first time making this stuff) - feel like a mad scientist.
