Juniper Berry
Hi Hollywood!
Well, personally, I would not recommend using magnesium citrate daily to lose weight. Magnesium citrate is a laxative and should definitely not be used for longer than a week. Also, the bottled mag citrate I have contains saccharine. I should have read the label, and I would not have bought a product with saccharine given a choice.
If you are concerned about becoming "smaller", I would recommend some light weight lifting, three sets of 15-20 repetitions, two counts with the exertions, four counts as you let the weight go back to beginning position. This is a slow, steady way to lift weights, and it targets the slow twitch muscles, which do not grow large. It burns the fat in the muscle and hardens it. It will increase endurance and give you a sleek, model-quality look. Don't worry so much about the scales. As your body grows denser, it will begin to weigh more, but it will be smaller in proportion, and the extra dense muscle will help your body to burn off fat. And that will ultimately lead to natural weight loss!! This is how I am training at the gym in my weight training class, and I am DEFINITELY shrinking!!!!! Yay!!
I know you are a busy working mom, but you really do need to take time to work out. Three times a week is perfect. This is for your future and for your children, and you will reap so many awesome benefits personally!
I hope I gave you what you were looking for...
Best to you!
(How did your latest filming go??)
