Fruit is one of the healthiest things a person could eat, I highly recommend you eat it.
The body uses it in it's entirety, the fructose is completely used by turning into glucose which won't feed parasites anymore than any other healthy food would. The nutrients (which are many and plentiful) are absorbed in practically no time as it digests super quick and is able to eliminate itself, by itself. Most foods take 4-6 hours in the stomach for digestion, while fruit is already in the small intestine in about 20 minutes. Therefore when eaten on an empty stomach (which fruit ALWAYS should be eaten) it has no chance to frement by sitting in your stomach being held up by other foods.
One of the most important aspects about fruit is its enzymes, it does not require ANY aid in digestion, period. In fact the enzymes can actually help digest other foods eaten after them. Eat a piece of fruit 15-20 minutes before your meals, especially alkalizing ones. It also is one of the best sources of water for the body aside from straight up distilled water.
The common misconceptions with things like fruit and parasites are that processed sugars (candy cookies etc) DO almost completely go to the parasites, because the body does not assimilate such things, therefore what isn't used (almost all of it) feeds them. And the other being that the idea is to "starve" the parasites or candida, but in doing so you generally end up starving your own body which screws over your natural defenses.
And once again the only thing that truly harms teeth are unprocessed sugars. I would not be concerned in the least with any damage that acids in fruit can cause if you brush even as much as once a day.
If your still unsure after this, stick to the fruits that are garunteed to actually harm parasites; ie apples (especially green) pineapple, papaya, LEMON, cranberries, and I'm sure theres more if you research.
