I don't quite understand... Do you mean that Kloss recommends fasting for three days before the flush, or that you should do the flush three times (over three days)?

Doing the 2 tbls flush sounds interesting. I've wondered if the amount of oil actually matters. I think I'll try the 2tbls (which is about 1/8 of a cup), and see how well it works.

Don't be discouraged. I had only a few stones come out on my sixth flush as well (I've had thousands over the course of my previous flushes) Sometimes nothing much comes out for some reason... However on my last flush (my seventh) I had a about 100 dark green ones.

I have not tried the cleanse as per Jethro Kloss. However I have tried the gallstone removal recipe as provided in Jason Winter's Killing Cancer. (1qt of apple juice for 5 days--On the sixth day at 6 o clock 1 Tablespoon espom salt in 1/4 of water, at 8 pm another tbsp of espom salt in water---at 10 pm 4 oz fresh lemon juice with 4 ozs of oil olive blended--drink all down (this is the worse part). Retire---Please reference his book for complete details.

I'm surprised J.K's recipe has not worked. His book has been such a blessing to me since 1986. I am a devotee.
