I am finding only tablets, capsules and liquid form of kelp at the vitamin and wholefoodstores. Can i get capsules and swallow them while drinking the rest of teh other ingredients..Or should i get the liquid and add to the other ingrdients?? For liquid kelp i am not sure how much to use??

Answer: The capsules are fine to use if they do not have added fillers added to the kelp ! This is one of the problems with Kelp tablets, they have too many Fillers added !

The capsules are fine to take along with the drink, but if this brand does not help you feel Better, you may need to fine a different brand of a different Variety of kelp to take?
