Well it is about raw eating so not completely off topic.
Has anyone tried the 'pick and come again' lettuce, spinach, beetroot, all sorts of baby leaves. You can just pick off what you need and they regrow, and you get several flushes of leaves from each plant. You can grow all year round, just needs protection in winter.
I'm going to start growing some. You can grow in containers and/or on windowsill, and because you pick them so young, they don't get any pest problems. Constant supply of fresh organic salad leaves.
Eating raw question. Is it okay to just soak museli, or do you have to sprout everything before eating. And do you have to soak nuts? Sprouting seems like a hassle, having to remember to rinse them etc, and the automatic ones are fairly expensive.
