Hi etherealgirl, I am sure the water will taste delicious. I hope the food cravings drop after a few days, they did with me on some fasts (on others I did not get cravings, or got them much later).
Try and realise that it is not hunger - you probably do already - it is just a craving.
The benefits of a fast far outweigh the benefits from satisfying a craving, you will have weeks and months to do that after you finish your fast, if they are still there!
After not fasting for a period, I realise that it may be difficult for me to restart fasting again in September, when my social commitments and holidays are over.
Sometimes I look upon fasting as a sort of a prison sentence to clean me out (some would say a bit negative, but it works for me!). Do your time, then you have paid the price for indulging!
