The kimchi (so many spellings) and the yogurt both say to me you are looking to replenish your good bacteria, but good as they both are, they sound a little rough on the newly-fasted body.
I make my own cultured vegetables, there are good recipes online;that way you know the quality of the salt is the best, and loaded with minerals.
Sorry, i don't know what to say about the bloating...
