I tried my first coffee enema a few days ago. First I did distilled water enemas to clear out - then i prepared the 2 quarts of water with the coffee- I layed on my right side and held it for 15 minutes-i heard gurgling - then i went- the thing is i only expelled liquid and nothing else came out- is that wierd- ?
