Yes, she can do the cleanses while eating and taking medication...although the liver/gallbladder flush calls for a brief period of fasting. If she starts with the Bowel Cleanse she just needs to make sure that she waits at least 1 hour (2 would be even better) between her medications and the Colon Cleanse products she's using. Psyllium and liquid Bentonite is one of the easiest and most efficient colon cleanses.
