Answer: For some folks it may help and for other folks they may need a Different Variety?
It may depend upon ones Sodium to Potassium ratios that one has at the moment?
And other levels of other Alkaline Minerals, because each Variety of Kelp may contain Different ratios, depending upon where and when grown and the variety !
One must learn to listen to ones own body and let it tell them , which variety of Kelp may work Best for them !
And the way one does this is try different Varieties of kelp and see which ones help you feel Better !

This is a reply to # 1,196,818I recalled you talking about a certain kelp that was better than others (less contamination)...but I couln't find the post. I am confused about variety??? I thought the main difference was simply contamination issues.
