Hey Telman:
good to see you in the debate forum. In fact I rarely see your posts in any other forum in CZ other than LF SUPPORT forum...
I must say you have worked hard towards your health. You have done Liver Flushing very religiously and documented your results. I openly speak against LFing( and ppl might hate me for that). But its not about winning or losing a debate but to find out the truth and root cause of a disease.
You said
<<<It is undisputed that the modern lifestyle and diet causes the biliary system to grind to a halt: gallbladder stasis. The entero hepatic cholesterol cycle starts to fail and the result is biliary stasis. Does the liver flush restart these processes? and how long does that process take? These are two key questions.
If you actually have "true" Gallstones there are few option open to you; mainly surgery or flushing.

I disagree here. Although diet and lifestyle do play a role in determining where we stand health wise, there is another factor which is ususally ignored by many. And thats the health of our spine. If nerves are pinched to Liver/GB, inspite of healthy diet a person will suffer with health problems. So taking pressure off these nerves is very important. No amount of magic potions can fix the spine. Only right exercise can fix that. But when we think of exercise, we think of running on a treadmill or biking or lifting heavy weights. These kind of exercises are actually lot more detrimental to health and our poor spines.
That said, I also disagree that surgery and liver flushing are the only 2 options to fix gallstones. Both are harsh in their own ways.
I have a few questions for you.
1) Did they ever diagnose you with gallstones?
2) How is your health now after I guess 50+ flushes now?
3) Are you still doing these or taking a break?
Spinal Subluxations can be caused by numerous factors. Weakened muscles, accidents, lifting heavy weights, pregnancy, falls etc. But even if we are avoiding all these factors there is one constant force which is pulling us downward called gravity. Eventually gravity is going to take its toll on us leading to pinched nerves and myriad health problems. so stretching the spine has the potential of fixing health problems not only just taking the pain away.
Have you had another Ultrasound to confirm that your GB is clear of all the bad stuff?
Regarding CELIAC disease, this is another disease which I could not understand. I love whole wheat homemade breads, and can fully digest them. 2 years ago I was caught up in the "gluten free diet" fad and it did nothing for me. I was suffering from IBS and bloating symptoms and landed in Curezone looking for an answer. I have seen and read a lot in CZ. I have tried and tested a lot of things. I have come to a full circle and started doing what my parents were telling me to do for a long time. Yoga and stertching to eradicate health problems.
I would say I am 90% better now. But there is always scope of improvement.
Running is bad BTW. For your knees and your spine.
take care.
<<Grey hair? I can’t answer if you ever get help for that.
I’ve seen relatively young people with grey hair and here I am way past 60 and my hair hasn’t turner grey so far.
>>
Lucky you. I started going gray when I was 12. I am 33 now. Not that I have many grays. Just a few scattered grays, But I am inquisitive about their cause, and if possible I want to reverse them. If you google "headstand" and "gray hair", they say inversion helps in reversing grays. Not sure how much time it takes to achive that though. At least I dont want any more grays popping in my head.
<<<LF is not, as sometimes people erroneously believe cure for all deceases.
It is only amplifying what our body is supposed to do naturally!
Understandably it isn’t for everybody as we are all different.
Different by physiology and different by opinion! >>>
How can any therapy which causes explosive diarrhea, sore anus and nausea/vomiting be suitable for anyone...Its just a horrible procedure which needs to be done like again and again and again. I dont even consider it human.
<<<By the way, how is your blood pressure?
Do you get tired more than usual and what time usually?>>>
I do not have high BP. I have read that subluxated ATLAS vertebra (C1) can cause high BP. Have you looked into this yet? There was a study on hypertension reducing by Atlas adjustment.
thats good to hear that atlas adjustment helped in lowering your BP. But it(atlas) may still not be in the right position, hence the need for you to take drugs. So hypertension is also caused by misaligned vertebra. Same as many other diseases.
My BP is always low ( 110/70) but few months ago I noticed that my resting pulse rate was around 100-110. I did not feel anyting but it was simply high. I started doing yoga therapy. I also invert from my ottoman at home and a slant board at gym ( 45 deg angle). Yesterday I checked my pulse rate and it was 67 bpm.
I like to relax on a slant board. Helps me give a flat stomach, lean thighs and I feel rejuvianted. I have stopped all exercises like treadmill, biking , elliptical, aerobics. I am exploring the slow exercises and loving it. Makes me crave to go to gym, because now I am not sweaty and out of breadth when I come out of gym.
Regarding amino acids, I do take whey protein/ soy protein in my morning milk, which contains a lot of amino acids. I am not very keen on buying any special supplements as of now. Already have spent hundreds on dollars on them.
You will find Liver Flushing will be like a roller coaster ride. At times you will feel that you are stone free, but then lots of stones will start coming out again. Trust me, there will be no end. And when you have done 50+ flushes, someone in LF forum will tell you, "Who told you LF is cure all?" And no matter what anyone says, I like to call those GREEN SOAP STONES... They might see less stones sometimes ( perhaps because not enough bile was released during that particular flush) , but if you keep flushing, lots of stones will keep coming out of your rear end.... Its a SCAM, or a JOKE being played on ppl who want to take matters in their hands.
Good luck...
