Your question: Moreless, would you be able to give me an idea as how much calcium one would get from taking the alkalizing drink as you prescribe. Being, 1 tablespoon ACV, 1 tablespoon the blackstrap molasses, 1 tablespoon lime water, 1/4 tesp. epsom salt and 1 tablespoon the kelp.
My doctor has advised me that I should bump up my calcium intake (which surprised me because I feel great) to about 1500 mg a day.
Do you think if one took the drink as written above and drank it three times a day that that would be close to the required request.
Just a ball park idea,
Answer: The Best thing to do is mix the drink and add enough Lime water to take the Acid bite of the Lemon juice or the ACV out, but not cause the drink to taste Chaulky !
This will require more than 1 tablespoonful of Lime water if one uses 1/2 Lemon juiced or 1 Tablespoonful of ACV in the drink!!
It may be Best to utilize what Acids one is intaking to Create as much Release of Electro-magnetic Energy as possible, rather than be concerned how many mg of this or that one is taking in !
Because our body operates upon the Release of Electro-magnetic Energy, not how many mg of this or that we are eating or drinking !
And if we are taking in too much Acids and not enough Alkaline Minerals to use up the Acids, then our bodys Lymphatic fluids may become too Acidic, thus Causing us more problems !
This is "WHY" it may be best to mix the drink with enough Lime Water to take away the Acid bite, but not enough to cause the drink to taste chaulky and this method may balance out the Acids against the Alkaline Minerals!
Smile Tis your choice.
