Many of the folks who use Miracle-Mineral-Supplement appear to be anti-this, or anti-that, when it comes to the medical or federal level, you know, watching out for their own health. I just find it odd that some of those same people who use Miracle-Mineral-Supplement resort to the same sneaky tactics that the government uses like 'slipping' chemicals in peoples' drinking water, without them knowing about it.- Re: amazing that many mms'ers argue ... johng

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,106,867thats a GREAT thing, I have no doubt that chlorine dioxide kills pathogens and such, but you're wife is smart enough to know if/when to stop and to know how she feels. I'm not anti-MMS, I'm more against how radical it's all become. There's a line that has been crossed, at least in my mind. I cant help but to speak out about how I feel.

Those are my feelings too. I know very little about it - I have never taken it. But people should move slowly with this. There does appear to be at least the potential for danger here. We all fall into the trap of wanting results immediately and maybe taking risks that we probably shouldn't or certainly don't need to take. It'll be there tomorrow. No need to jump headfirst into the deepend.

This is a reply to # 1,106,894people need to make up their own minds about things like Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . I did. I was aware of it for months and months before I tried it. I thought the name alone was silly, and that "chemicals" should not be necessary to regain health. But I have to be honest, after trying alot of different remedies over the years, I have leared to weigh risks with benefits, and not be dogmatic about things. the question is, does the cat catch mice afterall...
I was considering h2o2 therapy to detox the liver based on much discussion at earthclinic.com... but, chlorine dioxide is much more efficient than h202... its power and potency is exactly what attracted me. My own theory is that Ihave been infected with some type of parasite for years and years... I've done other parasite cleanses with no real results. this, however, is different. of course there are risks... but, I also know the cost of doing nothing. and I certainly don't expect Miracle-Mineral-Supplement to work overnight or solve all my problems. its a tool to be used correctly. nothing more.

Your low number alone tells me you have been on these boards for awhile. You're not the type of person I worry about. It is the newbie with no alternative health background who stumbles across curezone and sees a bandwagon forming and decides to jump upboard before it is too late. The title alone - Miracle Mineral Solution - tends to imply that it has superhuman powers. It very well may have - as I said, I have never taken it. I never like telling people how much of a certain substance they should ingest, but there have been enough questions raised that people should proceed with caution.- Re: amazing that many mms'ers argue ... davizona

This is a reply to # 1,107,332I really don't beleive that Miracle-Mineral-Supplement and its prescribed use has much to do with alternative methodology but is actually very allopathic in the strictest sense. The whole kill mentality is in itself a product of the allopath going back to Pastuer.
The only difference in say Antibiotics and mms is patent rights.
People here prescribe mms the same way establishment medicine prescribes penicillin.
Even the name is a Madison Ave. technique.

This is a reply to # 1,107,387MSS really is different than an allopathic drug. It occurs naturally, even in our bodies. It can't be patented. Allopathic drugs may be almost natural, but they always tamper with the chemistry enough to make them patenable. They HAVE to make money off of them. They are developed from natual bases many times. But, big Pharma is not going to recommend a naturally occuring medicine because it simply wouldn't be in thier best interest economically. Also with Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , we can study and decide the best amount to take with our own minds and experience. I think we should be allowed to do this. It is our lives that are are at stake and Big Pharma doesn't always do such a great job. Look what they did to iodine. My God, they knew better on that for sure. But, it isn't patenable. People really got sick from Iodine deficiency and the resulting rise in bromine, flouride and so on. This is a reply to # 1,107,387I don't think the "Kill" mentality can be done away aith, even in alternative medicine. To get well the immune system kills invaders that are foreign. So, we search for things that will kill viruses, bacteria, fungi,parasites,etc. Not necessarily to the point of sterilization, but enough to achieve a healthy balance. Then we hope h]that we can understand how the imbalance occurred and keep it fron happening again. It is mostly about doing enough to help the bod out of a hole and then letting our own innate intelligence do the rest of the job. We just have to give it the materials it needs to work with. We are assaulted by so many chemicals now days. We need extra powerful aids at times to kill pathogens that have gotten too large in # for our bodies to be able to naturally restore balance. Miracle-Mineral-Supplement not only kills, but is also said to strengthen the immune system.

This is a reply to # 1,107,387Under your logic, only diet, exercise and meditation and sunshine would be "true" alternative therapies. that is simply too dogmatic. several forum owners on this website are awfully dogmatic. that kind of limited thinking holds people back. if you can get well by diet alone, all the power to you. others will need more given the state of our environment and the damage we have unwittingly done to ourselves over the years.

This is a reply to # 1,107,611But I thought it was A MIRACLE cure! lol! there are appropriate uses for everything , the hype, the focus on this one item is a band aid approach to health care the same as the allopathic concepts. Maybe if you guys stopped crying eureka all day long and making outlandish claims and over prescribing this product may find its proper place. Like Colloidal Silver has its place for certain clean up jobs but it by itself is only a small part to retreiving ones health. if one needs to clean up the blood I would suggest the potassium broth/with garlic , its cheap its safe and it doesnt kill off beneficial bacteria along with the good and does'nt accumulate to toxic levels in the body.

This is a reply to # 1,106,409Actually the person is slipping drops of sodium chlorite into their water. I'm not convinced of the chances that it will contact a "weak" acid to be able to convert to chlorine dioxide. The stomach acid is not weak. I've never gotten onto the boat when it comes to Stabilized Oxygen. That is how that product was supposed to work. I know there are hundreds of testimonials regarding SO; so there must have been some interaction with weak acid somehow. By chance? Well, I consider this physically harmless; however, I also think it could become a betrayal. People should be careful. It is bad enough that we can't really identify what is in our food supply or even our municipal water.
