I just close my eyes and zen out. If it isn't impossible you might try waking up 20 minutes early, to get quiet time to do it. When it gets warmer I'll go stand barefoot outside and do it - can't wait!

You might consider Andreas Moritz suggestion in the morning do it for 3-4 minutes.
Someone mentioned it one of the messages but I can't find it back.
I probably do it even shorter, but often take a 2nd tbs 5 minutes or so later.
So you can break it up, at least you don't keep the toxin filled stuff in your mouth either.

I totally understand what you are saying. When I was working before, I barely had time to do anything before I took off for work. My husband gets up really early, so now he's only doing it when he comes home from work. He tried to do it at his desk, but one day the big boss came by.....well that put an end to that.

My girlfriend does it in the shower. I've tried that, and it worked for me. Or you could wait until you come home at night, before dinner.

Or lastly, you could do it for a shorter amount of time, twice a day. The thing is, the longer you have practiced this, the more you look forward to it. It's weird. You'll find the time.

What I do is leave the dishes from the night before...I swish when I do them. It's a good, mindless activity to wake up, it's productive, and it's in the kitchen so the oil's right there. Then you can just spit it down the sink (maybe run the garbage disposal) when you're done!

I like to swish when I'm at the computer doing e-mail and Curezone!

I also like to swish while taking a shower. I am good at nose breathing so it's no problem. Some other times when I take showers I take a spoon of BarleyMax powder and let it slowly dissolve and then swallow it when I get in the shower.

I'm doing skin brushing while I swish. It's good for lymphatic cleansing. It helps me do both and now I look forward to it every morning.
