A few years ago my mother-in-law did just a foot soak with the help of my wife for one month, and did it everyday and got her feet and legs working again after she had a Heart attack and could not use her feet and legs for the swelling and pain that was in them!
My wife mixed one forth of a LB of
Epsom Salt and one eighth of a LB of Baking Soda and one quarter of a pint of 3% hydrogen Peroxide into Hot water, and had her mother to just soak her feet in this until the water cooled off!!
It was for more than 30 minutes each time!

You say you are having terrible back problems?
Did you physically injure your back or is the cause unknown to you?
If you did not injure your back, then you more than likely are not getting rid of your bodies excess uric acids!
Even if you injured your back, this may still be the problem!
You may take a small pinch of
Epsom Salt with each meal to help your body deal with this problem!
You also may need to start taking Lime water in the drinks you have to help neutralize your excess acids!
