i have been trying to change my diet to a more healthier 'human' diet and trying to eat what we are meant to eat, lots of veg, fruit.....
what do you think of the following foods, any good to eat:
1 sesame butter/tahine (ground sesame without anything added)
2 sweet potato (steamed)
3 olive oil
4 dry goji berries
5 prunes (sunrise i think is the brand with no added sugar)
6 walnuts/brazil nuts/almonds
7 Chicken eggs (pretty sure these are no good as i read one of your old posts which says it poisons a child for up to 10days but i need protine from somewhere)
9 papaya fruit
if anyone else has any inputs feel welcomed to comment. thanks for time and effort in advance.
