Thanks Guys for answering me back. I wasn't sure if this forum was still active. I'm very glad it is.
Taking everything to work might just "work out". What a great idea Ken. I'm wondering how the others in your office have responded? Positive? Teasing? Or genuinely curious? Are you
juicing then blending just what you need for the morning drink, or veggies, etc. for the whole day? How much extra time do you give yourself, before your workday starts?
Tigger, you're right - I do remember reading something about the bile flow...so maybe Ken's idea would be my best bet.
You asked about oil-pulling...I first heard about it here on CZ. There's a very active forum devoted to it - lots of well-known CZ names are including it in their daily routine. Here's a CZ link to give you a look-see...

I started out using just organic sunflower oil ($6 for a big bottle at New Seasons), and I was hooked. My brain fog seemed to ease, my teeth are much whiter...its a very simple detox method- but over time it can have profound impact in improving your health.
The first thing in the morning, before eating or drinking anything, you simply take a TBSP of any organic, preferably unrefined, oil in your mouth and slowly swish it back and forth through your teeth for roughly 20 minutes. Do not swallow any of it if at all possible When you spit it out (don't use the sink - it will quickly clog up and have a horrrible smell too) - I just use those cheap throw away baggies - then rinse your mouth really well with salt water (I use
Sea Salt ) and then brush your teeth as usual.
The oil will change from clear & thin going in, to thick & almost white by the end of the 20 minutes when you spit it out. Those are the toxins it grabbed from your system. That's why you don't want to swallow any if you can help it.
Anyway, check out the forum, and here's another link that explains how it got started:

Its facinating reading; that something so simple can do so much good!
Let me know what you think, OK?
