I just saw this blog entry... I was looking for your other blog to see how you're doing and where you are on your fast (Day 97 at last entry)and clicked this blog on and saw my name.

I should have taken the time to enter my testimony and I am sorry for that. But I will write up my testimony because I believe if those just coming in to the world of fasting can know how juice fasting effects others, so many questions could be answered... fear of fasting would be diminished...

So, I have taken the liberty of announcing this blog on the Fasting:Juice forum and will try to remember to post the message every so often so those new coming in will know the blog exists.

Like we discussed once, we need to keep people informed.

This blog is such a fantastic idea.
