Well, I've been debating with myself for a while now about getting a colonic irrigation done. I do believe you have convinced me to give it a go. I'll certainly take your word about doing it as late in the day as possible. Actually that makes a lot of sense.

Thank you for taking the time to share such an intimate and personal experience with us. I honestly don't think I could do that. So, I just want you to know how grateful I am you did.
