Thank you so very much for this information. I just went to see my CNM ytdy because we would like to get preggie this summer (God willing), so I am anxious to get my prenatals and want something that is VEGAN and that will assimilate beautifully besides being safe for preggie/nursing mommies.

Your are such a shining *light* to us all.
