Thanks for posting the article. A bit 'sciency' for me ;). But I LOVE the proof! My mother is a nurse and she is always questioning why I fast. Bless her heart, I cannot blame her, she has been in the bizness so long, she is brainwashed. She even participates in drug research on her own body. It just kills me...I wish she would get into this stuff, cleansing, raw foods and what not.

This article is great. I am going to share with my hubby. I have been pushing him to fast, but someday, he might. This article is right up his alley.
