ok I'm ready.

Ok, i was scared to do the juice fasting because i was scared to gain the weight back but I decided that I'm ready and I need to do this. So I'm starting my fast tomorrow.I need to do this fast, I want to overcome my food addiction and the weight lost is an extra benefits. ok I'll post how my day went tomorrow. Wish me good luck. I HAVE TO DO THIS FAST!!!!!!!!!
