I am desperate to lose weight and hopefully, this blog will keep me motivated!

Okay... so currently I'm 5ft 5.5in and weigh 130 pounds.
I'm not overweight, but compared to other girls in my school, I am.
The problem is, my cheeks are pretty chubby and I can't really make them smaller unless I lose weight for my entire body.
So my goal is to weigh 110 pounds.
I'm going to start the juice diet, because I have already tried the lemon diet and failed terribly.
Hopefully, the juice diet will be less painful and easier to endure.
I know it will taste better for sure! =]
I'm not sure if I'm going to exercise while I'm on this diet because I was never much of an athlete and I bulk up way too easy.
I have done track for a while and not only did I not lose any weight, but I gained some and also bulked up really badly. My calves were HUGE!
So for the next... 30 days or so I guess I will drink ONLY JUICE! and do a little yoga =]
I'm planning on losing 25 pounds because I know after the juice diet I will probably gained around 5 pounds or so...
