starting master cleanse early. for me, it's a start in the right direction.

I want to get an early start on the Master Cleanse. I will start  tonight (EST).

Over the past 2 years, I've managed to stay on it for nearly a day before caving in to my cravings for food.

I will take things day by day. 5 days is my goal. After that, another 5 days. One step at a time.
