What does it mean to you
Do you know somone that stands in integrity, is able to motivate
and mentor
without getting their own self needs enmeshed within
the relationship

Can this leader put the needs of the whole
or your needs
in front of before their own

Or is the leadership you are giving and following
self motivated

Their self Interest is all they can respond to even if through
the corporate shingle or the forum or
wherever this leader tends to speak and mentor from
