Only 9 days to go...to a whole new lifestyle.

Instead of counting up to 40 I am now counting down to 1. I have come so far in this journey and am excited for the future. I seem to be looking at things more through spirit than ego so my days are more peace filled.

Last night I gave myself a white clay face mask. When I rinsed it off there were all these bumps everywhere and I thought 'oh no what have I done!' Come this morning all I was left with was really beautiful looking and feeling skin.

I changed the oil I use for moisturizer to Sesame mixed with coconut oil and a few drops of lavender because the coconut oil alone seemed to make my skin dry...I still feel a bit dry but will give it a few days to see if this changes. I am really interested in trying almond oil as well!

My clothes are getting quite baggy especially in the past 2 days. I have to get on the exercise soon to firm up. I have been walking with my grand daughter so we haven't walked to fast. Still it has been good to be out in the fresh air and around people. I am becoming a bit more social of late which is nice. I went to see the Pirates of the Caribbean tonight and loved it. I want to see it again on an even bigger screen.

I am planning to break with veggie juice, carrot, celery and cucumber to start. I will then get into spinach, apple and ??? I will look in my juicer book for more ideas. I want to do a liver cleanse but think I will wait a few days and eat some salads and such like Pepe suggested. Any comments on that would be good!

I have been fantasizing about salad with avocado,tomato,raw cashews,romaine,and shredded carrot. Yum! All I want to eat seems to be salad and fruit. That's so wonderful! I only have 9 more days to go. It may be weird to have to eat anything again. I want to be so careful around my choices but at the same time not be a crazy person about it.

Thank God I only have to deal with one day at a time. I am so tired I am going to get to bed now.
