My body is starting to heal itself.

I am feeling super nauseous right now. I have some type of weird film covering the inside of my mouth. I keep touching it with my tounge. It is thicker towards the back. My tounge is only a little white with a thin white strip down the middle. I feel dehydrated even though I am drinking close to a gallon of water a day. My lips are chapped and sore. My back is a little sore too. These side affects are only mildly annoying. It makes me happy to know that my body is starting to benefit from this. It makes it worth it and strengthens my resolve.

I have finished my lemonade already and I drank my tea at 8:30. Now I plan on doing my body brush and taking a long hot bath. Ta Ta for tonight.
