day 3 a cleansin i BE!

Well, it is a new day, and i'm doing great.
Yesterday i had a bit of a dull headache throughout the afternoon, but that passed. I don't think i've ever consumed so many liquids in my life as i did yesterday. Probably a gallon of water, 5 apple juice P&B shakes, a master cleanse drink, a bowl of veg. broth, and a few cups of herb tea. What the.... I did only have one BM in the morning, which was strange, after I'd had 8 the day before. But i'm thinking it was cuz i was still getting rid of food, so i was able to go more often. I was peeing like a horse though, so i imagine i was still getting rid of lots of toxins that way as well.

This morning i'm going to do another enema, and probably try the coffee enema again. Seeing as it's morning time, and i'll be able to handle the lil buzz it gives me. Last time i did it before bed and was wide eyed for a bit before falling asleep. So that should get things moving down there.

I enjoyed a nice detox bath yesterday. Of which entailed 3 cups epsom salts, 2 cups baking soda, and a big brew of fresh ginger. It was as hot as i could handle, and it was heaven. The water was a dark shade of brown when i got out, not sure if it was toxins or if the ginge was making it dark. I think toxins now that i'm thinkin on it! The skin is a powerful organ in elimination, so i think that was a great tool. I had alot of skin sloughing off as well. I think today i'll do some skin brushing as well before my bath, after my enema. Geez, it's like being in my own lil spa at home. This is why i love cleansing, cuz you really nurture your soul and take care of yourself. Cleansing can be a great experience if you take the proper time to do it.
I think tonight i might also go to the sauna up the street and do a good 30 minute sweat.
