day 2 of the journey

Today i'm really feeling the cafeinne withdrawls. Headaches, and I feel really displaced for some reason. It's a little hard to concentrate on work. I drank 7-8 cups of the lemon magic throughout the day. I also had a cup of the peppermint tea in the evening. Thinking about food quite a bit, but trying to keep preoccupied with other stuff. So far just a lot of BP after the flush, but is seems a normal color, not black sludge I've been reading about. I'm looking forward to the "nasty" stuff coming out. Oh well, a cup of Smooth Move anfd I'm off to bed.
