Hi Leslie,

Here is the letter outlining the agreement.
I've attached the W-9 for you to complete.
I will work to get you the $ payment in advance of the event
so that it can cover your costs while you are there.

Dear Leslie,



Thank you for offering to once again volunteer
your photography services to the Organic Trade Association
(OTA) for the OTA Organic Industry Reception during Expo West
in Anaheim, CA on March 8. This letter is to follow-up on our phone conversation about this project.



You have agreed to:

· Arrive at the ballroom by 6:30 pm
to start taking photographs of the room set up and chefs

· Take additional photographs
during the course of the event, per a shot list that OTA will provide

· Stay through the end of the
presentation (the event goes until
10:30 pm—you are not obligated to stay the entire time
if you’ve completed the shot list)

· Provide OTA with the photographs
on a CD no later one week following the event



As in the past, should you choose
to post any of the OTA event photographs
on your own web site, any language must be pre-approved by OTA.



OTA agrees to:

· Provide you a shot list prior to the event

· Make a staff member available
to you to assist with getting the necessary shots during the event

· Provide you a stipend of $
to cover part of your lodging and materials

· Give you credit as a volunteer
on the donor list at the event,
on our web site page about the event,
and in The Organic Report



As in the past, we will consider using
some of your photographs as appropriate i
n the visual loops running during the event,
and also look to purchase a
photographic prints for our Annual Fund
“thank you” gifts from your stock of images.



We look forward to working with you again.
