Joe's Logo:
I can see making various versions of this
including...
We Serve Locally Grown
by Joe the Farmer....
The Chefs would have to pick up themselves from the FM
to make it worthwhile...
Wow!
Wouldn't it be something to
have some of Joe's Strawberries
in a desert at the OTA Reception again?
The first year we did. I will talk to him
about that. In any case...I will aim
to connect him up through the Reception
slideshow...

Papa Joe, fourth generation California farmer
and commercial flower grower wondered if it was wise
to tell the little ones to go into Farming.
It is a hard life. Despite hard times, Joe the Farmer, his son,
No matter what, Never, Never, Never gave up!
Joe the Farmer believed that if Local shoppers
and natural food leaders became a Friend of the Farm,
the priceless treasure of organic land, where he still farmed,
could be bought back. Did Papa Joe, in his elder years,
come to say "Happiness is Organic?"How does our story end?
The outcome is in your hands.
This CD contains digital images of Joe the Farmer, AKA
Joe Rodriguez Jr., his family, and foods sold at the Farmers'
Market, stores and eating places where the finest farm fresh locally grown
organic foodsare celebrated.

Went to Postal Express. Vanessa helped me print
some prelim versions. She was very busy. Glad to get
these done so I have something to show Joe tomorrow
at the Farmers' Market. Had a headache a lot of the day.
I have surrendered to this work. It is good to have
a target to work for: The Natural Product Expo,
and my friends in the Natural Food Industry. I will
be the photographer once again at the Organic
Trade Association banquet. I have to remind myself
that I am in the company of Divine Companionship,
and this quote from "Rekindling of Faith." It is
a blessing to have these hours to work. Someone
knocked earlier this afternoon, but I did not answer
the door. This time to create is valuable.
I wonder about the life I have chosen. Dr. Jensen
said, "The more truth you have, the more alone you go."
I am grateful for all the love I have had. There
are moments when I long to feel it more strongly now.
This is the Life I have chosen. I am the creator
of my choices.
Wonder how Twin Soul/Best Friend is doing.
Hope she is well, and happy with her day.
She could be winterizing. She said she
did felt weary speaking on the phone too
long a few days ago, and was resolved to
speaker shorter times on the phone.

Earlier Version,
created today.
I was not happy with
the way this printed.
My name was lost.
Started over again.
More space to the right of the photo.
Used a photo where more of the berries
show.
Also made a Logo for Joe.
It is below.
IT was quite a process, adding
the badge to the T-shirt arm
with photoshop. So I have created
a logo.
There is still much to do.
I spent a lot of hours culling
through photos for the Joe the Farmer
CD. I will have a series of laminates
from the story printed to keep me focused
and use for PR purposes.
I would like to know how to get that mark
on Ninos so I can use that word...
rather that offspring.
Been working on this a ton of hours.
Tweaking it.
