Today I've kept to the minimums: no coffee, four cigarettes, faster and more animated movement, and four glasses of water.

Actually I exceeded in the following ways: not only no coffee, but two cups herbal teas instead, in addition to four glassess of water. Which made me wonder if herbal teas count as water? I'll have to check into that. Actually I seldom drink completely pure water. I usually put in lemon, salt or apple cider vinegar. So I'm not sure how to count this all...I'll have to look into this.

The one thing I notice, that I would complain about, is that I feel mildly anxious at times, particularly on my commute on mass transit (buses), and that I feel a bit constipated...yesterday didn't go at all, and today once (after the second cigarette). Oh yes, and I feel a bit "dry" through out if that makes any sense. My sinuses feel dry and so my breathing feels less than perfect, and also I can tell my digestion is sluggish, and takes some effort.

I point these things out to add to the baseline. These are things I notice now, the beginning of this regime I am embarking on. After two weeks of focusing on four cigs (or less) per day, at least 4 (probably more like 6) glasses of water, and no coffee and faster and more animated action, I will again look to see how I feel.
