Post-Day 3 by Disturbance .....

Food, yummy food... Getting slowly back to normal! Feel free to comment!

I have actually been a little hungry today, so I've needed to have - with lots of water today - a small salad of Chinese cabbage, tomato, fresh garlic and a dressing of a teeny weeny bit of olive oil and apple cider vinegar; plus some light veggie curry stew I made (I'm still a bit wary of it being too heavy for day three). But I've survived with noticably small portions, which is indeed what I expected. It also seems like I get energized after eating sooner than before! One setback though, during the juice fast my upper tummy, which is the stomach, never ever bulged. Now it's back a bit, even if I haven't eaten much. No good.

Also the funny sore throat is back, I'm not sure if I've scratched it, or if it's dry or irritated, or if it's a reaction to something I've eaten (I haven't even had anything but veggies today!). Honey and ginger tea helped a little, but it came back. I drank some more tea, it went away, but came back again. Hmmmm.

I've gone on with the douching even on the post-week, as my bowel movements aren't regular yet (there is stuff in there). I'll finish with the douching probably after tomorrow evening, and see if I get more regular. I feel like I might make my colon "lazy" if I keep helping it out for too long.

It's awesome to be back on solids! Right now I can't even think about the time when I'll go without eating for a whole month! Although I know it'll definitely be worth it... Instead I'm plannin on a candida cleanse to be started either in March or April, I'd love to get as many short cleanses done as I can before I go to Finland to see my parents, but the candida cleanse it so high in priority (bad bad bad dandruff) that I'm likely to put that in front, and then go on with the easy ones.
