Hey, did I lose some cellulite...?! Feel free to comment!

Today I paid a lot of attention to myself (well, I'm going to see my boyfriend after a four-month break, so it's only nice to do so!), and did a nice comprehensive scrub all over my body with this awesome natural scrub of salts and frangipani oil I got from Eumundi markets. I also scrubbed my feet, and used my usual face tonic of organic apple cider vinegar mixed in water. Now I feel nice and clean and smooth and renewed also from the outside, and lo, I actually might just have lost a bit of cellulite from my bum and thighs?! I really hope so!
Cooked veggies today, no veggie juice as them all in the fridge went bad. No worries. I've still got heaps of cooked veggies, broth and other goodies I can digest easily.
Milk is definitely out of bounds for now. My friend offered me a bit of a milky butterscotch drink, I had a couple of sips, and later on my tummy grumbled, and I got the funny feeling in my throat again, just like when I "accidentally" had the cup of hot chocolate in the car raffle. Like before the fast, I'm definitely keeping most of dairy out of my diet for good, it's not necessary for my body. Dairy is not a natural food of the human, even in an all-organic old fashioned way. Plenty of veggies and fruit and nuts out there that contain enough calcium.
I'm also definitely keeping meat out of the diet until probably Saturday, if my boyfriend insists on a luxury dinner (meat is the Aussie pride, around here there's not much avoiding it on important gatherings), but will keep it low in my diet after that, and remember not to combine my proteins and carbs just as I've done before (they're both very hard to digest, not to mention when we eat them together, like chips with a steak, and so on... no wonder that makes you feel bloated!!). I'm sure I'm doing my colon a big favour that will return in the form of less tummy problems, bulging and bloating, and maybe more regular pooping as well.
