intro to my cleanse Day 0

ok this is my first cleanse of any kind. I am 24 years old, 6'2" 200lbs. the reason i am doing the masters cleanse is simple curiosity. i dont smoke, drink, or do any type of drugs. i do not have a caffine addiction. the worst thing i do is eat alot of pizza, most time twice a week or more, its just easy.
so last night i had my last meal, a cheese burger and some fries with a rootbeer, then at 10pm i had my smooth move, i was surprised i was worried about the taste but i actually enjoyed it.
