Day 1-4 by deso .....

The first 4 days and my ups and downs.

here i am on my 4th day. im doing this fast mostly for weight loss but also to cleanse and repair my body. ive been struggling with weight loss for a couple of years now. going up and down between 180 and 300 pounds. like a lot of overweight people ive tried everything from pills to.... whatever ive tried everything. so my body is pretty messed up right now and its making it impossible for me to pass 180 pounds. since im only 21 i thought it would be smart to get rid of all of it now while its still pretty easy. so lets see if i can break this and maybe i will inspire so other people along the way to start their own fast.

Day 1- it was a tricky day. i wanted to start this friday because the following week is my last day of school before winter break(which i get a month off for) and i start work right after i get off of school, so i didnt wanna be all bent out of shape for my first few days of work because ive heard the first few days kind suck. but i was alright the first day. except for the hunger nothing else seemed to be wrong except i was really tired after having only two 8oz glasses of juice. i went to a market near my house that sells only fruits and veggies and ended up spending 36 dollars and im sure it will be enough to last me a week.

Day 2- This was a bad day. I slept for 10 hours before i woke up and i never do that, i always wake up and choose if i want to go back to bed. so i woke up still feeling exhausted but i was quickly on my feet because i hate over sleeping. i was tortured with friends eating wenndy's(for those who don’t know, wenndy's is a awesome fast food restaurant and it's my favorite) all day. but i sucked it up and sat through it. but then rolled in the headaches which did not go away until i went to bed that night. I stuck with 8oz glasses of juice and had 3 for the day.

Day 3- On day 3 i was more than normal. no headaches and no sore muscles that i had been having from working out. When i woken up early but i still felt really good and excited to continue wit my fast. as far as working out goes ive been rebounding for 20 minutes and then trying to walk on the treadmill for an hour but i havent been able to make it that long, too impatient:) and i was still on my 3 8oz glasses for the day.

Day 4- i went back to my apartment at school this morning and had to take all my food with me and im afraid some of it has gone rotten because of it. it was only about an hour drive and i took some stuff that was in the fridge with me but the stuff i had in there didnt need to be refrigerated but i heard it makes it stay fresh for longer but i guess if you take it out it goes bad. well i still have plenty i think to last me through the week. This morning before i got in my car i had a bathroom call, a major one. im still not sure if it was my colon cleaning its self but it was like nothing ive ever seen before thats for sure. i was going to wait till the end to weigh myself but i gave in this morning and it said 187, i was 193 when i started so im pretty excited to continue with this. its getting late now and i dont feel like having anymore juice today and all ive had is 2 glasses so im just gonna stick to water for the rest fo the night. im to the gym now so ill write again tomorrow.
