day one of the juice fast - wish me luck!

Ok, here I am, ready to start my Orange and Apple Juice Fast..... I am really motivated and I really hope that I can make it to 30 days, and I might even go beyond!! :) The only hard thing is going to be Christmas, where obviously, there is going to be a LOT of food around - but it's all good, because I have it planned - I am going to pretend that I don't feel very well!! :) :) Because if I tell people that I am on the Juice Fast I think that my family and friends will get a little bit worried, and I don't want to worry them, but I do really want to do this for me...

So yeah, here are the facts. I am currently 176cm tall, 21 years old, and weigh 81kg...... The plan is to eventually get down to 62kg...... that is obviously not going to happen in 30 days time, but I hope that the juice fast will certainly kick start the weight loss progress. Anyway, so that's what this blog is going to be all about. I am going to be posting comments almost everyday, and yeah, keeping you up to date and hopefully inspiring some people. I must say that it was actually a fellow Juice Faster that inspired me to take this challenge on! :)
