Greetings, everyone, and welcome to the urine fast weblog - I am here to answer all your questions about what it is like to urine fast, what it can do for me, and what it can do for you, too - and whether it's a massive waste of hope and time!

One has much more energy on a urine fast than on a water fast, but detox is slow - takes weeks to kick in. Meanwhile, the urine gets really foetid and difficult to drink, especially at night.
