I've never been particularly excited by the idea of juicearianism, but I've sort of had it up to here with dietaries per se - high-fruit? high-fat? Herbs - unnaturalor helpful? Water? Acid/alkaline? Oxalic acid - nightshades - cellulose - pollens and algae - blah blah blah - I'm discontent! I've been doing urine fasts and colon cleanses with noresults at all,and was perhaps ripe for conversion to something I could believe in again. So I just found this book that I believe I heard of on curezone originally - a sort of vanity press thing about an actual juicearian. er name is Carol Holloway and she's beautiful! She also writes coherentl and literately - I'm sick of how people like the Youngs are so mind-blowingly illiterate that you wonder about how effective the dietary they promote can be for brain cells - fruitarians are like this, too. Ugh. By contrast, this evidently real-life paragon is a model of superiority - she looks better, at least in photographs, and is more logical and intelligent as a thinker, than any of the gurus at all I have ever come across in the healing/diet reform line. She looks like a kid, pure and thin - not beefy like McCauley or Schulze or Young or Graham, or drawn and average and old like Clement or Cousens orBoutenko - someone you really want to lok like, you know? I am only quarterwy through the book, but I think it's changing my life, I think it is going to. I have emotional and physiological eating problems, intolerances/sensitivities, allergies and addictions, have since I was very young, and I would welcome a chance to get off the insane roundabout and just live for once, breathe and be. I wonder if I can do it?

I will keep a journal of my attempt and progress and what it's like and what happens.I hope it will help YOU, and inspire us!
