Shipment Monday, will zap until then....

My shipment will not be in until Monday so I decided to do some preparations for the cleanse. I started zapping with the Terminator II zapper . Actually this is how my acne flared up. I was zapping over 8 hours a day and wasn't releasing the toxins fast enough so they began releasing through my skin. I got very frustrated so I eased on the zapping and decided to cleanse. I have done 4 liver flushes so far with some success. I expelled probably 100-200 stones so far but my colon is getting blocked up with constipation. Thus, the Blessed Herbs cleanse!

I am going to drink alot of lemon water and continue zapping until the shipment arrives so my body is well hydrated. Also I have been taking for the past couple weeks 2000mg of olive leaf extract 3-4 times a day. I think I had die off reaction that they talk about with taking the olive leaf because I felt awful for a few days with runny nose, aches, fatigue, and headaches. I am feeling much better. I haven't decided if I'll continue it while on the Blessed Herbs cleanse yet.

I must say I am really excited about the cleanse because my acne is present but I am not getting many new breakouts so I know my health is improving with the cleansing!
