I felt really good.

As expected I weighed less than I did yesterday morning. I felt really good. I can't believe how much I enjoyed the drink. The tea was delicious.

I didn't need that much food at all. I think after the cleanse, I will eat a calorie restricted diet (1-2 meals and the bev.). I felt so much lighter.

Looking forward to today.
