day 8 - i think nice deep sleep tonight

Hi

Well today was day 8 :-) I am feeling really proud of myself for getting this far but I am feeling really tired and as I am typing this I feel like hitting the sack. I am waiting for the sudden energy burst to kick in but it seems Im getting tired as each day goes on. hmmm...strange!

Well weigh in was yesterday....started last week at 195.8lbs and was 187.2 yaaaaay! Feel so happy to have lost some weight yipee.

Anyways, my bed calls me, today was a tiring day and I am looking forward to a good 6 hours, my cats are outside so they wont wake me up in the middle of the night either (yeah they do that and it is veryyyy annoying!!!)
