Help!

I just got home from work and weighed myself. I haven't lost a pound! Day 4 and no weight loss! Plus only 1 BM today... someone please help! This DEFINITELY did not happen last time. By day 4 I had lost 7lbs. Wow. I have to be doing something wrong...
