It has taken me a long time and a lot of set backs but I finally have this yeast under control and its hard to believe! No cravings, no itching, I can think straight again and its been a long time,lol.

It has taken me a long time and a lot of set backs but I finally have this yeast under control and its hard to believe! No cravings, no itching, I can think straight again and its been a long time,lol.

Ok, I did all the no dairy, no sugar diets and got some results but not a full recovery from yeast. I have had it for YEARS and and my biggest problem has been that I eat the bad foods when I am stressed, so I started taking a supplement for my adrenal glands and started doing more aerobic exercise to help the stress. I learned that a lot of what keeps us from killing the yeast, even though we take tons of "yeast killer supplements, etc" is that we continue to feed the yeast! When we stress, our adrenal glands release a hormone called cortisol, which not only makes us retain or store FAT, it also causes us to convert muscle into new SUGARS which feed our unwanted guests! So stress control is essential, although never easy, for us to be successful in ridding the body of yeast once and for all.

After years of strugging and trying everything under the sun, I have found a few other things that do work well. One of them is oil of oregano which has natural yeast, bacteria, and virus killing properties. Also, what I have done in the past 3 months is an awesome colon cleanse!

It made sense though, that since we eat so much garbage in the form of processed food over the years, that a good amount must accumulate in our intestines since that type of food (if you can call it that, and you will know what I mean when you see what comes out from this cleanse if you try it) was NEVER meant to be consumed,LOL. Anyway, the cleanse I did, I found it at www.healyourbodynow.com I liked theirs at first because they give you a free supply of probiotics with the kit, and it is less expensive than another identical cleanse from drnatura, and ultimately, it WORKED, you can really see stuff come out that I never had before and I am certainly glad its gone,lol.

Remember that eveyone is different and what may work for one, may not for another, that is why there will never be a "single bullet cure" for yeast, or really any disorder out there I would say, so stick to the basics like I mentioned here but fine tune things with what you find works best for YOU! Oh yeah, and NEVER give up!!! Like the old saying goes, "if I can do it, YOU CAN DO IT!" :)
